Strategic Development Consulting is a company that was established in 2007 in North Macedonia and it is one of the few companies that is owned and managed by women.
The company's vision is for SDC to obtain the role of a instigator and stable partner in the development of prosperous, equal, well managed and economically sustainable communities and societies.
SDC's company mission is with the knowledge and expertise in the areas of good governance, local economic development, gender equality to offer its clients - donors, local and foreign consultant companies and non-governmental organizations a range of services, such as project management, research and analysis and capacity building through access to the involved parties in the community, using participatory methods and forming partnerships.
Our goal is to attract and keep the extraordinary talents and to provide our team opportunities for professional development, good income as well as to assure they maintain good balance between their professional and private life.
